UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF PHARMACY UNIVERSITY OF THE PUNJAB (ALLAMA IQBAL CAMPUS, MALL ROAD LAHORE)   Admission Notice (Session 2014-2015)   Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) First Professional Class Applications are invited on prescribed Forms for admission to Pharm.D. 1st Professional Class for the academic session 2014-2015.   Eligibility:- (i) The candidate who has obtained at least 60% marks of the total marks in F.Sc. (Pre-medical), B.Sc. (After 60% F.Sc. Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination from the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education or Universities in the territorial jurisdiction of the Punjab Province, will be eligible to apply for admission. Admission will be made according to the criteria laid down in the prospectus. (ii) 2 marks will be deducted from percent academic marks for each late session to a maximum of immediate last two sessions.   Admission on Sports Seats:-   Only those students / candidates are eligible to apply for admission on sports basis who have participated in Sports Trials and their names have been recommended by Sports Based Admission Committee, headed by Director Sports. No other candidates will be considered for admission on sports basis .   LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS:   The Last date for receipt of Admission Form is 15.10.2014 upto 04:00 p.m. The PROSPECTUS and admission Forms both for Morning and Self-Supporting Evening Programmes + morning & evening reserve seats forms worth Rs. 600 /- will be available from the College office with effect from 01-10-2014 and can be deposited in the same office before the last date of receiving i.e. 15-10-2014.The Admission will remain open on Saturday during the admission days. The incomplete applications or those received after due date by post/courier will not be entertained.   Note: (i) The Photocopies of the form or the form downloaded from the University Website are not acceptable.   (ii) Pharm.D course is conducted at the University College of Pharmacy, Punjab University old Campus, Lahore and there is no other branch of this college.   (iii) University is not bound to provide hostel accommodation to each and every admitted student limited accommodation shall be allotted on merit basis.   (iv) Hostel accommodation facility shall not be provided to the students admitted under self supporting (Evening) programme.   For further information please contact on phone Nos. 042-99212775, 042-99211616 (E-mail: principal.pharmacy@pu.edu.pk )   PROFESSOR DR.
